Important note: We don't offer free returns — return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:
• The item must be returned in its original condition, with all components, parts, and packaging as it was delivered.
• The item must show only signs of normal handling; returns will not be accepted if there is damage caused by careless or improper use.
• Hygiene products must be returned properly cleaned.
• The product must show obvious defects at the time of receipt.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be confirmed within this timeframe.
Olivia Studio reserves the right to refuse a returned item if there are visible signs of use or damage that are not our responsibility.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the conditions above:
Send an email to: info@oliviastudio2003.com
Your email must include the following information:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product (in case of damage)
• Customer's full name
• Customer's address
Important: Do not send returned items to the sender address. Olivia Studio will provide you with the correct return address after reviewing your request.
Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
In line with Australian Consumer Law, private customers (not acting as businesses) have the right to cancel their order under the following conditions:
A. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 calendar days from the moment you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the last item of the order.
Our system is fully automated — orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once they have already been dispatched. In this case, you will need to wait for the products to be delivered and follow the return procedure. You can, however, let us know of your intention to cancel.
How do I cancel my order?
You must send a clear written request to Olivia Studio by email, stating your intention to cancel your order.
The cancellation will only be considered effective once the returned items have been received.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned items.
What happens after cancellation?
We'll refund all payments received, except for delivery costs if you selected a more expensive shipping method than the standard option.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We'll process the refund within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
A Note on Shipping
Olivia Studio ships items from Asia, which means delivery times may be longer than usual. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for it to arrive and then begin the return process. During this time, you can let us know of your intention to cancel.
To speed up the refund process, we kindly ask that you provide proof of postage when returning the items.
